For constipation:
1. Taking hot water by sipping like tea or coffee is sometimes enough to make one run to the washroom
2. Take fresh fruits of any kind to get probiotics and fiber. Grapes work the best
3. If still needed, take Psyllium Husk with natural non-homogenized whole milk followed by a glass of water
